I booked a haircut with Lara at One O Three Studio after having a disastrous haircut at another salon the day previous. Lara completely empathised with me, listened to my concerns and fully talked me through how she would fix my hair. I left the salon feeling 1 million times better and super happy with my hair, despite it being so much shorter than I hoped for due to the previous hairdresser.
Booked on a whim but I would definitely return for a haircut with Lara after my experience :)
