Rebecca and her team are absolutely amazing. I went in for a low back problem, had several images and was told I needed surgery.
She assessed me and we found a lot of weakness in my hips and low back.
I worked with Kurt and her to address soft tissue issues and strength training at the gym. I'm now nearly pain free and back to lifting - something I was told was going to be impossible!
