Whilst Ona was her usual pleasant and welcoming self, I felt the new therapy room was quite chilly. It also felt quite small, so Ona has to move around the bed less easily, which very slightly spoiled the peaceful ambience. Possibly bigger, warmer towels might be a good idea. Just small points. However the hot stones massage was lovely and Ona is very considerate and gentle. I will be going again definitely
