Sports Massage
I received my reflexology session from Lee who was incredible! They wanted to know my medical history so that the session didn’t impact on my health and as I have mobility and health issues I thought this was very thorough.
Lee is extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does, she put me at ease instantly and made me very comfortable. If I wanted to have the session done in silence, I could but I’m a bit of a chatterbox so we chatted (almost like old friends) for the whole session. Now I’ve had many reflexology sessions in the past but none to match this in any shape or form. I have “stocking neuropathy” which means I cannot feel my feet or lower leg, they are always very cold and the skin is very pale.... after the session my feet were a normal shade of pink, I could feel them and they were warm for hours afterwards! My session was a gift and due to my mobility issues it was some considerable time before I was able to use it but OHM were still very happy to let me use the vouchers.
I would highly recommend OHM Therapies this was the very best reflexology session I have ever had and I’ll most definitely be returning again and again!
