All the staff were very courteous, over the phone as well as in person. Lemon water was offered both before & after the massage. I liked Stephano, the 1st time so much I came back for an hour and a 1/2 session the next day. Stefano was not only an expert, but a great source of spiritual calm. I am a minister so that is important. As for the therapeutic treatment, I will also say that after I got off a long plane flight from the Western United States I was very stiff and sore. But after my second massage therapy appointment with Stefano I was able to walk at a good clip, and even able to walk uphill to a concert that evening without my knees hurting. I am 60, and this is without a doubt the best massage therapy experience I have had to date. I use amassage therapist that I love regularly to keep me limber so my compliment comes from experience. The therapist was good and clearly knew his stuff but the room was soooo cold I really couldn’t relax and enjoy the treatment at all. My hands and toes were frozen the entire time and when I asked if the heating could be turned up the therapist said it was on as normal. There didn’t seem to be heated blankets as you get in other massage places. Real shame as it was a treat I had been looking forward to and I don’t feel it was now good value or all that enjoyable and yet such a simple thing to fix! Home now and still trying to warm up!
