Was my first proper deep tissue massage, having had little bits of physio and an Indian head massage previously. Was extremely good, painful, but good! Have noticed benefits in my flexibility already

Pregnancy Massage was awesome and was a real relief for me - felt a lot looser and balanced afterwards and Nicky applied the right amount of pressure.
