Booked the signature treatment for tight / painful upper back + shoulders after months working from home. Greg asked questions to understand my problem + what I wanted out of the session, then made recommendations and adapted the treatment to benefit me most. I left feeling relaxed but, more importantly, left feeling much better, lighter, with less pain. Greg made recommendations at the end on how to keep things feeling that way. Atmosphere in venue was super relaxing, I'll be back.

Really excellent! I have really bad posture & tend to carry alot of tension in my back & neck but after 24 hours, i feel like a different person & feel my back mobility has really improved.
I use Ohm semi regularly & will definitely be back!
