Loved everything about my first trip to OMH. I had both a deep tissue back treatment and Indian head massage with Craig and could not fault either... I can’t wait to go back!

An excellent lymphatic drainage massage by Fernanda, she also did some tension release, reiki and reflexology. An incredible treatment in which 90minutes flew by and I wished I could be there for 3 hours! Fernanda has an excellent manner, she listened attentively and gave me exactly the treatment I needed. Highly skilled and very healing. Highly recommend.

Greg was really great at making sure he tailored my treatment to my needs and even went out of his way to give me some methods to do at home to help me with my sinuses. I will absolutely be back
