I’ve had massages from a few therapists at OMH over the years and now a regular with Fernanda. She has really helped the long term neck pain I have from a historic trapped nerve injury and more recently sciatica. Definitely recommend!

As soon as I walked through the door I felt calm. The environment was relaxing and immaculate. I only waited a short couple of minutes in the waiting area but the space is socially distanced and everyone was wearing a mask the entire time.
Greg made me feel really welcome and asked what I wanted out of the session. The massage itself was faultless. I could feel the tension leaving my muscles as he worked! I am really excited to make massage therapy a regular in my schedule
