My first visit was really good. I talked about the main points i wanted focused on and Craig was very attentive in listening to my story, also the massge itself was exactly on the spots that were the reason behind my visit. Afterwards Craig was able to advise me on daily practices that will help healing my problem areas as well as offering advise on further sessions.
