Just had a fantastic massage, Fernanda took the time to discuss areas that I would like to work on and focused on this during the treatment as well as adding in some reiki at particular problem points. The room was lovely and had a very relaxing atmosphere. First time I have done something like this since the beginning of the pandemic and was made to feel very safe. Would definitely recommend.

Over the last few weeks my legs had gotten so tight that I was in constant fear of pulling a calf if I walked too fast let alone attempted to run somewhere.
I saw Greg on Wednesday for a very thorough deep tissue massage, he also performed some Kinetic Chain release as he thought it would assist.
By Saturday i was back to the parkrun 5km.
