Greg made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was extremely professional and gave me great advice for future treatment to help with my ongoing shoulder pain. The atmosphere in the treatment room was very calming and the temperature was perfect. I will definitely visit this treatment centre again.

I had a deep tissue massage with Craig. It was my first in around 10 years, and I was suffering with extreme stiffness and tenderness in my middle/upper back and neck.
The shape of my neck / traps and shoulders has totally changed since the massage, which focussed on my neck and upper back, and also the back of my legs which can help with tenderness in the lower back. Have felt fully mobile for the first time in ages, will definitely be returning.
