Got a voucher for a massage here as a birthday gift. I live in Ayr so was travelling a distance for the appointment. On the morning of my appointment I got a call to say the therapist was ill (these things happen) but I’d already left home. I was offered an appt 4 hours later than my original slot - 5:30pm. When I I turned up the therapist I was booked with had decided she didn’t want to stay & left! In the end I was seen by one of the managers who was very nice but not the experience I expected
