Fernanda is brilliant! She really listens and works on your problems whether they are different each time. This time Fernanda suggested adding some ‘cupping’ as I was particularly sore and this would give an even more intense/targeted massage. It was both of those things! Very intense and be prepared for some bruising but 3 days later my neck/shoulders/sciatica are much improved. For a firm,effective, tailored treatment, go and see Fernanda- and give the cupping a shot, she is excellent at it!
