I had a lymph drainage massage with Fernanda and I just can't recommend her enough. She is such an amazing professional. Go beyond what I wanted. I noticed that I have a muscle pain recently while running and told her that she was so amazing that she spend a bit of time to fix the problem. Her professionalism and personality are absolutely exceptional. Cant wait for my next treatment!

Great sport massage ! Reza made me feel comfortable and gave me some stretching exercises to do at home. He was mindful of my bruises when massaging. I feel more relaxed and my back feels much better than when I arrived. Hopefully that means my muscles will recover more quickly and I will be back climbing soon!
