I have been going to Craig at OMH Therapies for nearly a year now. Always a wonderful massage, consultations at almost every appointment with helpful information on exercise and stretching to help strengthen and work on some physical issues.
I would highly recommend Craig, he's a pro!

A beautiful space and a beautiful Indian head massage with chakra balancing, Maimouna is very skilled in her approach to all of this and is highly intuitive too. She bought a very nurturing and almost motherly warmth to the treatment & I'd highly recommend anyone to visit Om Therapies for this :). Felt very soothed after and slept well.
