Karyn was excellent. I'd got 2 sudden back issues during the working week which were impacting my sleep (few hours each night), so I booked a last minute/emergency appointment at the weekend. It was great I was able to be seen on such short notice and then the massage that followed was excellent. I've slept so well the last few nights since and the pain is completely gone, just a very minimal discomfort remains/lingers. My back and neck literally feel so much lighter.

My first experience, it was very welcoming and calming , lymphatic massage was great will definitely return on a more regular basis and perhaps look at the array of other courses and classes they have to offer
