I booked a myofascial release therapy/massage for the first time as I was willing to try anything to relieve the neck/shoulder pain I was suffering and to be honest wasn’t overly hopeful. But this is first ever treatment that has offered immediate relief. This is a recurring problem over several years. I’ve tried sports/deep tissue/physio, chiropractor/strength building but nothing has really worked.
I will definitely be returning as it was a massive improvement from the first day .
