While waiting for the massage, 2 of the staff member tried to come to an agreement about who was gonna do it, giggling and saying: you do it - no , you do it. It was unproffesional because it seemed they didn't want to do it, and rude because I was in front of them. Other than that, all ok.

Ava is the best for nails! Have had a couple nail techs from omglamour but Ava never fails to disappoint - very precise and always does a great job :)
