This was my second visit to Ombré and I was instantly welcomed back. I had a wet cut but Yasamin made sure to give it a rough blow dry before I left. Really happy with how it turned out 😊

She didn’t even know I have a booking with them. The time I went into the place she was so clueless about my booking and asked me to cancel the booking. The environment is so not welcoming. And the hair cut was really terrible I cried on my way back home. Even the length of the the hair on each side are uneven. She didn’t know what she was doing. And she blamed it on my hair like my hair is so thin. I only went there bc the place I used to go was fully booked. Never going there again.
