I have been meaning to book an appointment for a long time but my schedule never allowed me to. Michael has always been kind and helped me find the right time to book me in. I was beyond impressed by how welcoming he is and how perfect he has explained everything to me before we started the massage. His welcoming and friendly attitude, alongside his amazing skills made me have the best massage I ever received. He even followed up to check how I felt after my session! Definitely a 10/10 service.

I have now had a few massages Olympus Optimized at Barry's St Pauls and I would definitely recommend these sports massages to others. I always feel much better after and my muscle aches seem to fade away, which is the exact effect I'm after.
