Lovely staff.
Everything went well except for the colouring which needed a retouch.
I love the cut but I wanted to have a more natural colour.
I am 80% satisfied with my hair now.

This was my first time at Gusto in Soho. My hairdresser was Joseph and he was great! I have thick Asian hair and he totally understood how to handle it. He listened to what I was looking for in a hair cut, and gave me great recommendations on what else I could do to make my hair lighter at the length I wanted.

It wasn't exactly the result I had in mind (I did bring a picture of the colour) but I'm still happy with the result. Staff is very friendly and treatments are not too expensive.

I was pleased with my end result, but I was little disappointed that I had to pay alot extra on the day. i don't think it was fair as I didn't get a scalp treatment or a blow dry, as the colouring took so long. to pay an extra £50 for the colouring I understand but I did have to go to a different salon I originally booked at, my appointment was late and I didn't receive the full treatment that was offered to me on treatwell, however I was very pleased with the end result and my hairdresser was very patient and did an amazing job!
