I usually leave salons empowered by my new do and can't keep my hands out of my hair I love it so much. Based on the other reviews, I had great expectations for this salon and expected to do the same, but I have not left a salon more underwhelmed. The stylists were too busy juggling clients and the environment too loud to even attempt small talk. I think I maybe said 10 words the whole time I was there. Overall it was good value for money and there is nothing technically wrong with my very basic haircut, however, I will try a different place next time.

The colour was lovely and the staff are nice, however my stylist left me for close to an hour to do a cut on another customer. I also did not like the blow dry at all — and she pulled my hair! Would return but to a different stylist.

Joseph was very informative about the treatment and did a great job. My hair is super soft and no sign of any frizz. Even my baby hairs don't curl up. Thanks very much
