I arrived 5 minutes late and I had to wait for another hour for my appointment, I'm not sure if it's because I arrived late? Which was fine by me as I wasn't in any rush, but then the hair stylist didn't give me enough time to think what I wanted (this was my first time trying highlights and i had no knowledge about it) and basically saying that she will have another client soon after me, so I had to choose something that i wasn't sure if I would like.
The staff were friendly and kind and they offered me wine and snacks.
When washing my hair it was hurting me a lot when she was washing through my neck and kept forcing off the knots in hair causing quite a lot of pain and my back ended up all wet as well.
My hair came out quite nice but it wasn't very well balanced, my right side of my head have no highlight at all and my left side has a lot.
I don't know if I would like to to come back to this salon.
