Had a great experience here last week with my first Brazilian blow dry. I was talked through the whole process before we started, then had my hair washed twice with a special shampoo, hair dried and then the treatment was added. I sat for 20 minutes, was asked if I needed anything and sat happily while it worked. Afterwards, the treatment was sealed in with a hair straightener. The whole process took 2 hours and, while the smell of the treatment was fairly strong, the whole thing flew by. My hair is very curly and very dry usually, after the blow dry it became wavier, shinier and smoother. A lot less frizz to deal with! Thank you and I'll see you in 3 months!!

I was greeted nicely, salon was quite dirty and needed a sweep. My hairdresser didn’t offer me any water despite the salon being absolutely baking. She didn’t offer to take my bag either, ask me how I am or make any conversation whatsoever.
Washed my hair without putting an apron on me, just a towel over my shoulders.
Hairdresser seemed quite annoyed every time I tried to ask her how much 3 inches would be or how I’d like my fringe. Haircut and blow dry was nice but I felt uncomfortable as my hairdresser was irritable and unfriendly
