I asked for a trim - the same length all the way round and there’s a good few sections that are longer than the rest. My treatwell booking also included a conditioning mask - the stylist failed to give me and proceeded to tell me how much my hair needs a mask treatment, telling me to buy a Kerastase one. Such a shame as always had mostly decent hair cuts here but I won’t be returning.

Absolutely fantastic for the price, Mila was amazing and really took his time, talking me through everything and making me feel at ease. Upon arrival i was immediately offered a drink and all the staff were welcoming and professional.
