I have had lots of bad experiences with hairdressers in the past but I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door at Gusto. All of the staff are super friendly and Raluca took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my hair and executed it perfectly. She made me feel totally at ease and even gave me wine and popcorn. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Great little place - I booked last minute for a cut, blow dry, and conditioning treatment (which was excellent value for money). The staff were all very friendly and I am very happy with my hair. I went in with it feeling very damaged but came out with lovely soft hair! Definitely recommend if you're in the area :)

Cut felt rushed and he wasn’t very thorough or didn’t really seem to care what he was doing. I also paid for a mask treatment and definitely did not receive what I was expecting. His chat was really good and he was very friendly but I went for a haircut...
