Through no fault of the salon, it was uncomfortably hot which was a shame as it meant I didn’t enjoy my treatment as much as I was hoping. I was getting my hair highlighted and I didn’t have much experience so I could have done with more direction from the hairdresser about colour and tint vs bleach. I’ve never been given the choice before and while I’m happy with my “tinted” hair, I think I’ve always had it bleached before so it didn’t turn out as blonde as I’d have liked.

Appalling-the stylist didn’t want to be there & started mixing the colour before even consulting me or even presenting a colour chart. The colour went wrong & had to be re-done so one all over colour ended up taking 3hrs-definitely not worth £100!!!
