I Am Totally Happy With The Service I Received Today At Gusto. I Was Looked After By Cristina - She Was Professional, I Was Understood In Matter Of Hair Colour I Wished To Have. Great Blow Drying Skills ,just The Heat Protection Wasn't Applied B4 Hair Drying, Perhaps It Was Forgotten. Hair Wash Was Good (gentle Touch With A Very Pleasant Head Massage 💆) Cristina Has A Wonderful Positive Attitude And Very Bubbly Personality:)

My haircut was very professionally done and looks amazing and overall I feel I got great value for money. However, the premises were very dark and depressing. Also, my conditioning treatment was all of two minutes, which felt inadequate and there was a lack of sympathy/care when I explained that due to a medical condition i have a very painful scalp which needs to be handled gently when washing, combing etc.
