The hairdresser was friendly but the finished product was poor. The cut itself isn't high quality and not what I asked. I had highlights which are ok, I don't love the colour. The products they used on my hair were too strong and didn't leave my hair feeling soft but more just a bit greasy. I wouldn't go back
