It was a really bad experience. I had difficulty communicating with my hair stylist as she didn’t speak English very well. She then misunderstood what I had asked for and bleached my hair when I had requested to go darker. When told that she had misunderstood, I was blamed for not communicating properly.
During my time there I was shifted around the salon and put in the corner while other clients were seen to, it felt a bit like an assembly line.
I think that when running a salon in London, it is important to train your staff to speak English so that they don’t ruin clients’ hair. I will not be going back and will be warning everyone I know.

Brilliant hair cut! My hairdresser was fab. Not as clean or sparkly as expected but not bad! My hairdresser blow dried my hair really well and was super thorough.
