I was there before with a great result for a haircut. The colouring experience and balayage treatment this time however was very unsatisfying. Despite bringing a couple of pictures the result is not nearly as expected. I wanted to go from blonde to darker blonde, light brown), with the result that I am blonder than ever. Will not go back there.

I love everyone at gusto - I get a “lunch break” toner once or so a month. They know my exact color, they know I’m always on a tight schedule so they are efficient and quick and make my hair amazing in 20 min 😍❤️👍🏻
