Great haircut and lovely staff who all seemed to be genuinely happy at work. Fantastic location right in the heart of London and bafflingly cheap despite it. The decor is looking a little rough around the edges, but it's warm and charming.

I was there before with a great result for a haircut. The colouring experience and balayage treatment this time however was very unsatisfying. Despite bringing a couple of pictures the result is not nearly as expected. I wanted to go from blonde to darker blonde, light brown), with the result that I am blonder than ever. Will not go back there.
