I have used both Gusto's a number of times and they are amazing value, the staff are lovely and it is so easy to book with them because of the late opening times (so sorry, I bet that isn't as great when its you working!) and my visit today was with Raluca who was charming, friendly and very knowledgeable and will be seeing again soon!

Sarah F did a good job but I was annoyed that everything cost extra- to have a treatment added to the color to make it “better for my hair” was £40, to add toner was £20, to have 2 colors of highlighter (which I thought would be standard) was £20 so I ended up paying an extra £80. The place wasn’t very clean either- my hair brush was pulled out of a tray that looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in 2 years. Felt very crowded (and I was the first one there). I couldn’t tell what shampoo/other products were used but the serum used in my hair was a cheap one.
