I have visited here previously and I am always happy with the finish. However I was not too pleased with the service - waited 10 minutes to be spoken to and then I was told I selected the wrong hair length when booking, although I had called to check. Really like it here but a few things just ruined my experience.

I was seen by Leine who did an amazing job. Showed me several colours and discussed what I wanted. I had an old balayage which looked like straw and in 30 mins after a toner treatment she had my hair a deep shade of maroon that suited my skin tone perfectly. Was really happy and will definitely come back and specifically ask for Leine to do my hair again!
