I have visited here previously and I am always happy with the finish. However I was not too pleased with the service - waited 10 minutes to be spoken to and then I was told I selected the wrong hair length when booking, although I had called to check. Really like it here but a few things just ruined my experience.

I was seen by Leine who did an amazing job. Showed me several colours and discussed what I wanted. I had an old balayage which looked like straw and in 30 mins after a toner treatment she had my hair a deep shade of maroon that suited my skin tone perfectly. Was really happy and will definitely come back and specifically ask for Leine to do my hair again!

Emile is just the best hairdresser in London - he always saves my hair! He’s basically an artist. And gusto hairdressers is just generally great! Couldn’t recommend more
