Was my first time there, My appointment was at 11 and they open at 11 so there was a bit of running around, turning on heaters panic - it would have been better if they had got in half an hour earlier to do all that stuff. Then the water was cold when washing my hair which I know cant be helped but when your paying a lot you want the best experience. Otherwise the haircut and colour came out reallllly nice - sooo happy with it! Which is the most important thing at the end of the day. Chuffed - recommend Leini for blondes!

Overall my experience was great! My hair looks great so cannot complain. It seemed a bit all over the place at first and the space itself is very small, but in my opinion this adds to its character.
