I wanted a change and as I have never coloured my brown hair before, I wanted something that did not go to my roots. As I frequent Gusto often, last time I went for a trim Raluca told me that balayage is an option and easy to maintain. I am in love with my new hair and having received loads of compliments. Raluca is great, good listener and such fun.

Have been twice for conditioning treatment. One very good experience, one very poor - staff member was late, rough with blow dry and general treatment of hair, attempted to overcharge at the end of treatment
