I wanted a change and as I have never coloured my brown hair before, I wanted something that did not go to my roots. As I frequent Gusto often, last time I went for a trim Raluca told me that balayage is an option and easy to maintain.
I am in love with my new hair and having received loads of compliments.

Have been twice for conditioning treatment. One very good experience, one very poor - staff member was late, rough with blow dry and general treatment of hair, attempted to overcharge at the end of treatment
