Great haircut, great keratin treatment and Stykist is just lovely. Pity about the beeping sound that continued the whole time, distracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.

The salon was very hot and was really noisey which meant I couldn’t really hear my stylist, which didn’t help with the communication during the cut which I think contributed to my cut being too short and not the style I wanted, which I wasn’t too happy with. I do come to Gusto (Covent garden) regularly though aNd this was the only time I’ve been disappointed, so I think it was just unfortunate my experience wasn’t good this time
