Had a good cut but hairdresser bleached my hair too much. Visited this place multiple times and was happy on most of the occasions but not this one.

Really disappointing experience. I arrived to be told I had book a wash and cut, no blow dry. However, I had booked wash, cut, blow dry and conditioning treatment. No apology was given by the hairdresser for her mistake. I was then told my hair fell into the ‘long category’ not medium length which is untrue in my opinion. Hair cut was rushed (appointment meant to last 50 mins and took 35 mins). Having now washed my hair at home I have noticed that the cut is totally wonky at the front. I don’t normally provide negative reviews but I would not recommend this salon. I will go elsewhere to repair the damage to my hair.
