The haircut and colour treatment itself was great but their guidelines over what is 'short' vs 'medium' hair are not clear and definitely not intuitive - you basically need to have a buzzcut to quality as having short hair 😅 I also always end up paying extra for a required toner, so be aware that the total cost will definitely be higher than you think when you book!
