I was charged extra as they said my hair was long. I’d chosen the same category the many times I’ve been and never was an issue. The lady then also went to say that she might not have time for a wave blow dry! Ridiculous service!

Love the environment and the staff. They take care of every little detail, specially Daniela, she was lovely. She made sure that I got the exact haircut and treatment that I was willing for. The result was excellent. I will definitely come back
