Hairdresser was running late from being on break. The salon had really loud music and they would all shout across the room to each other. Head massage was good but actual cut not so great, he took about 10cm off when I said I wanted no more than 3 and now my hair is much shorter than expected.. also salon doesn’t have styling tools so hair got completely fried and snapped ffrom a long blow dry / curling with blow dryer. Essentially it’s what you’d expect for a cheap deal.

I been in Gusto before but the hairdresser I wanted is not there anymore.
I have short hair and I struggle to grow it as it seems I can’t communicate with hairdressers.
I told the hairdresser that I wanted to grow my hair and get rid of the hairstyle I have at the moment but somehow I ended with same haircut than before. Not satisfied because the sides and top of my head are now short again and it took me 3 month to grow it back.
I told the hairdresser but she got a touch defensive and she said that that I what we agreed initially. Fair enough! I will wait another 3 long months.
