Brilliant haircut from Joseph, he really took the time to understand my hair before cutting.

Staff were running behind the schedule so I had to wait for 10-15mins but the receptionist was very kind and offered a drink and a seat. Then, when the treatment started, the hairdresser took a look at my hair and inquired how I wanted my hair to be done. Then, I had my hair washed and moisturising mask applied. Finally, I had my hair cut (tips trimmed and fringe). The staff were professional and the treatment run smoothly. The only downside is that blow dry is not included and I had to ask the staff to dry it with the diffuser at least a bit as it was cold outside and I didn’t want to leave with my hair wet.

I’ve been a couple of times to Gusto Hairdressing in Soho and my experience was really good! Joseph is a very unique hairdresser and the rest of the staff is very welcoming. Definitely recommend it! Plus this time I had a great deal through Treatwell, so double win!
