All of the staff were friendly and my hairdresser was very attentive. I thought that the hairdressers itself was a bit cramped and the decoration made it look messy. However, i loved the finished result and they listened to what i wanted.

This was my 4th visit to Gusto and the least satisfying one. The haircut was adequate but although that is the end result that’s all I can say I feel positive about. Hair wash and treatment were basic, hairdresser was rushed and wait was long. Just ok this time. I might try the Covent Garden branch next time.

Gusto has a hip, laid back ambiance, with a neon sign at the door and pop songs playing in the background. The staff are friendly & dynamic. The stylist advised me on different styles, made sure I was confident with the chosen cut, and checked the length with me at several points duing the haircut. The hair cut itself was sharp and chic! Don’t come with the expectation of massage chairs and prosecco, but do come for the warm service and high-quality haircuts!
