All of the staff were friendly and my hairdresser was very attentive. I thought that the hairdressers itself was a bit cramped and the decoration made it look messy. However, i loved the finished result and they listened to what i wanted.

This was my 4th visit to Gusto and the least satisfying one. The haircut was adequate but although that is the end result that’s all I can say I feel positive about. Hair wash and treatment were basic, hairdresser was rushed and wait was long. Just ok this time. I might try the Covent Garden branch next time.
