Rude and unprofessional staff. My hairdresser was aggressive throughout the entirety of my appointment. I paid for a full head of highlights, I left with yellow roots and over-toned purple streaks. The environment was very tense and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to express my dissatisfaction. Quite surprised that a well established London salon could provide such poor customer service. I’ve been getting my highlights done for 15 years, this was really bad hairdressing.

Staff were friendly and the place relatively clean but my hair turned out much more yellow than usual, doesn’t feel like the colour I asked for/described. Toner was applied (which isn’t included in the original price which was slightly annoying as most places give you the actual price you’re hair will cost, not add it on at the end) but still very yellowly colour. Wouldn’t go back because of this.

When I had arrived to the salon, I had a very good first impression. Unfortunately as I was in urgent need of the Blowdry due to going to a ball that evening. I was told my hair is extra long and not long (I paid for this option because when I rang the salon the night before she said that option would be fine). The hairdresser argued for a while which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I tried to conversate with the hairdresser because I was worried he may mess up my hair due to the negative start. Another hairdresser was around drinking something and wasn’t smiling at all and just giving dirty looks. The hair cut and blow dry was quick. I must admit the blow dry was very good and the treatwell price was good value for money. A but disappointing that you have to pay like another 20 pounds just because your hair is 5 inches longer when it’s easier to cut longer hair
