The salon itself was quite small and hectic, but the staff were attentive and the atmosphere was light - they even give you a little bowl of popcorn to snack on! I was, overall, very pleased with my experience and the outcome of my hair, although I booked this appointment because of a deal on for wash, cut highlights and blow dry, but when I arrived they said I HAD to have toner if I wanted the highlights, which would cost an extra £17, and they use bleach and STRONGLY recommend a treatment with it to not damage your hair, which was expensive and brought the overall cost of the appointment back up to the original price before the 'deal'. Bit sneaky. Nevertheless, good experience.

Been coming to Gusto for 1 year now and experience with staff has been mixed - in times when it has been busy staff have been less consistent (e.g. hairdryer too hot, not applying heat protection to hair, uncomfortable at the sink). However I have always received a great haircut
