I had an appointment in Soho. The salon was close at my appointment time. So, I went to the Covent Garden Gusto Hairdressing. The staff were friendly. Daniel did a good cut.

I didn't like the venue. Soho venue was tiny with no room for reception and people to walk or wait for their appointments, much different than the pictures on the website. I didn't like the approach of the hairdresser. I didn't realise I had to pay extra to do the highlights even though I paid for highlights because "the toner was not included" and didn't like the way he insisted its my fault not to see it. He didn't seem knowldgable either.Not going again not good enough.

I know Sary for a few years now and she knows me and my hair of course very well. As usual, it is a pleasure to have my hair cut with Sary.
