Have been to the salon before and had a great experience. Came the second time, relying on my positive first time but had a disappointing shock at the service this time round. The hairdresser didn’t ask what colour I wanted and went off his own opinion, didn’t ask me if I was ok with the length and blamed me when I asked to cut it shorter, saying that it was now too late and that I’m delaying him with my late decision. Also receiving a number of unpleasant comments including being described as a “cold character” and stating to me the assumption that I do not often visit the salon, well I certainly won’t warm up and return after this experience! Overall just shocked by the rudeness especially as the other staff seemed perfectly polite and friendly. Didn’t ask what blowout I wanted and seemed to jsut go with his instinct. Overall jsut a very stressful and dissatisfactory experience.

If u want highlights don’t book it through here it’s a con. It’s for 1 colour only and they charge £17.95 for any additional colours that u use! I used 2 colours in the end when I needed 3 to break it up. I still have massive roots and a colour block where he wasn’t concentrating on where my parting is and now I just look like a washed out grey! It’s awful.

Booked for the 65% off highlights cut and deep conditioning. Highlights and cut were good, no sign of any extra treatment however. Got charged an extra £15 because my hair shoulder length hair is classed as long however not sure how this is relevant as with highlights they only ever dye the roots anyway? Asides this was overall pleased with the end result

My treatment was good and I am pleased with the result, but it was a bit of peculiar salon experience with male salon owner making some funny remarks to all the female customers. I didn't think it was appropriate. They were also openly arguing and rushing people through as they had got timings wrong. Fortunately this didn't affect me and my stylist just quietly got on with it, but it didn't feel very relaxing and made me worry about the overall salon professionalism, so I probably won't go back.
