Last time I went I booked medium hair and was told I needed to pay more as it was long hair. I even offered that they cut my hair to medium but they still charged me. They also tried to charge me £15 for toner for their mistake. A few weeks later I booked long I’m hair and I got there and they told me I needed to pay more again. The lady before me and after me also got told they needed to pay more. Also they used a brush to blow dry curls and said tongs would take 2 hours and they had only allotted me 30 mins. At my usual place they use tongs, it takes an hour and they don’t try to charge me any extra.
