I booked online the day before and there appears to have been a bit of a mix-up with the scheduling so I had to wait about 45 minutes before I could get into a chair. The staff was incredibly apologetic and very kind while I waited. My suggestion would be to call ahead and confirm everything if you book last minute, just to make sure it all goes well. The deal was worth the wait and the service once it got started was wonderful!

phoned in advance to let them know I was running late, they were very flexible and accommodating. highlights were great as usual and the cut was great. hairdresser let me show him exactly what I wanted and made me feel confident in cutting half my hair off for a bob! would definitely recommend
